RISE has played an important role in my selection to IIT. Teachers provided with assistance whenever needed, helped me with the doubt clearance and used to motivate continuously. Moreover, consistency matters a lot. Studying consistently for 4-5 hours everyday and revising simultaneously, was my key to success. Communication blockades, lack of motivation, and sometimes not getting good marks even after preparing well, were some challenges that I faced constantly but could overcome them all with the support of teachers and my perseverance. It feels good to see Kashmiri students getting into IITs. I hope in future more students will make it to IITs and other great educational institutions of the world with the guidance and support from RISE.

My two years at RISE were great and a memory to cherish for lifetime. I'm highly delighted and honoured to be a part of this institute. RISE has helped me in every possible way to overcome the challenges and difficulties that I faced during my academic journey. It has not only guided me academically but has an equally great contribution in the development of my personality. I'm eternally grateful to every teacher for helping me throughout and making me realise my dream of cracking NEET. A heartfelt token of gratitude to RISE for its support and encouragement.
RISE follows a different strategy which others do not. The system of classes on alternate days
gives more time for self-study and above all solving the test series. They provide an
unrelenting support and have an excellent teaching faculty. Doubt clearance sessions, limited
class strength and the competent test series, give RISE the distinct place in coaching in
Kashmir.
I was taught by an incredible set of faculty members. Near about 80 questions were directly
asked in NEET from biology sir's notebook and if one studies the class notes, there is no need
to solve MCQs in biology.

RISE helped me to achieve my goal, cracking NEET & securing admission in GMC Srinagar. Certainly
it was a great fortune joining RISE unknowingly that it is an exception among the rest. The
classes are very interesting and conceptual. Faculty deep dives into understanding of problems
from a practical perspective that makes understanding concepts and solving questions easy which
proved to be fuel for this journey. The teachers are very supportive and they continuously work
for the elevation of student's intellect. Mostly individual attention is provided to all
students which makes more difference.
Thanks to all teachers for being available all the time to clear my all doubts which boosted my
confidence. The institute also provides good quality material, everything is really brilliant.
It is very good for medical as syllabus taught is exactly what is needed for. I personally
suggest to visit the Rise and experience the difference.
To me, it's simple, if you've got the time, use it to get ready. What else could you possibly
have to do that's more important? Yes maybe you'll learn how to do a few things you'll never
wind up actually needing to do, but that's a better problem to have than needing to do something
and having no clue where to start. For me that clue was RiSE. My time at RiSE was very important
for my preparation. Teachers helped me a lot. They made me into who I am now; they made me
capable enough to crack one of the toughest exam in the world and if I can do it so can you, you
just need proper guidance and exposure.

Few years back me and my friends used to see IIT like a place which was impossible for a Kashmiri
to get in by studying in Kashmir only. My thinking changed only when I saw some students at RiSE
making it to top IIT's. But still, my parents, after listening to people about how difficult JEE
Advanced is did not expect me to clear this exam as i was an average student. If RiSE was not
there, I wouldn't have even thought of geting into IIT. The support and guidence from my mentors
at RiSE instilled a sense of belief in me and this belief got me what I had dreamt of.
I joined RISE in 2017 and was blessed with a really good faculty. It prevented me from skimming
through a lot of irrelevant books. Regular tests provide you a competitive environment. Also the
class ambience is way too different from others. RISE definitely gives boost to ones career
provided you are honest with your efforts. That place also packed a lot of positive memories for
me.

"JEE" may be one of the toughest exams but it's not impossible to qualify. All those who want to
crack this exam, my advice to them is START NOW, dedicate yourself to it, stay focused for the
whole period of two years right from XI class. But one needs guidance and path to be followed
and RISE is one good place for that and part of my success goes to them. I appreciate help of
RiSE more than words can explain.
One thing which is very important as far as JEE is concerned, you need to have good mentors who
will guide you through the preparation, I was lucky in that area because I joined RISE and I was
constantly in touch with the teachers who helped not just with the general things but also more
subtle things which we often miss out on. Last thing which I would love to share with the people
who are preparing for JEE, try to enjoy your preparation. The amount of effort you put in is
directly proportional to rank and hence it’s worth all your hard work.

I am currently a sophomore at Princeton University. The experience has been overwhelming, and I
am very grateful for this amazing opportunity. I had been working for something like this for a
long time but RiSE helped me fully realize this dream. My mentors there helped me with the finer
things like the standardized tests and the college application but more importantly, they made
me believe that I can succeed and became an essential part of my support system through a tough
journey in an even tougher environment. The structure of the classes and process of teaching is
one of a kind in Kashmir and is well suited to prepare you for competitive exams like JEE
Advanced. I am very grateful to this institution and hopeful that they will continue to help
more and more students to achieve their goals.
When I was a freshman in high school, I knew exactly what I wanted to be in my life. I was very
ambitious and had very clear goals - I wanted to go to an IIT. But being from Shopian, I lacked
the support and guidance that I needed. After RTSE I moved to Srinagar and joined RiSE. I can
say that RiSE changed my life for the absolute good. They provided me with the necessary
guidance and resources not just for JEE but for all the exams that could possibly lead me to my
goal of becoming a good engineer. Now that I am a sophomore in college, I think back and realize
how much the teachers at RiSE have done to make sure that the struggles I faced to shift to a
different city, and everything that comes with it, don’t go to waste. They made sure that I make
something out of myself and for that I will always be indebted to this institution.

“Studying in Kashmir, you can’t get into an IIT”. That’s what people around me used to say. I
myself believed this as I was never the most brilliant student in my class. IIT was more like a
dream than a goal for me. Then, I joined RiSE and my whole perspective changed. I realised that,
although difficult, it wasn’t impossible to crack JEE and get into an IIT. So, I started working
as hard as I could. At first, I was having a lot of trouble. It seemed as if my hard work wasn’t
paying off. When I had lost hope, my teachers at RiSE told me that it was never going to be
easy, and if you want to succeed, you must never give up no matter how difficult things get. So,
I picked myself up and started working even harder. I studied hours and hours everyday. It
wasn’t easy, as I was told, but with every passing day, I got a bit better. With all the hard
work and my teachers’ amazing methodology, I finally achieved my dream goal.
“Studying in Kashmir, you can’t get into an IIT”, they said.
“Hi, I’m Yawar Altaf studying at IIT Kanpur”, I replied.
I dreamt of studying at IIT Bombay. I found the preparations for JEE very interesting, and gave
it my best. Unfortunately, my health did not support me during my first attempt. I was dejected
and disheartened. That's when I learnt about RISE, an institute in Kashmir. They ecouraged me to
give it another try. They guided me, addressed my weaknesses and helped me identify my
strengths. They ensured I got access to the best resources, content and test series. RiSE was
the right step towards realizing my dream of studying at IIT Bombay.
